"Brett I enjoyed your article in the recent issue of Hard Sytle concerning preparation for the RCK Certification. In the 3 workouts you outline is there to be any rest between the 9 exercises in each set, or should they be done back to back with no rest. How much rest between sets? Thanks for your help.


Rest as much as is necessary to maintain perfect form - on a lighter day you might have less rest and on a heavier day more rest.
But as faizalenu pointed out - it is about practice and proficiency.
